At YogaBookingOnline.com, we value your commitment to your health and well-being. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking. By registering for our programs, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

  • All bookings for yoga programs, classes, and workshops are final once payment is completed.

  • We operate on a no-refund basis except in specific cases mentioned below.

2. Cancellations by Participant

  • No Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable for participant-initiated cancellations.

  • Rescheduling Requests: If you cannot attend a booked class due to an emergency, you may request to reschedule. Approval is at our discretion and subject to availability.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations by Yoga Booking Online

  • In rare cases, if a class or program is canceled by us (due to technical issues, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered:

    • An alternative session, or

    • A full refund of the canceled session/program fee.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (in applicable cases) will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Transferable Bookings

  • Bookings and payments are non-transferable. You may not transfer your booking to another person without prior written approval.
